What the 30 minutes covers.
The first five minutes are context — your program, your care management operation, what a win in the next twelve months looks like for your care management leadership. The next ten minutes are the architecture walkthrough, at the level of detail your population health or informatics lead needs to approve a pilot. The next ten are reimbursement and governance — what your value-based care lead needs to model on the 2026 ambulatory CCM/PCM/RPM/RTM economics, what your compliance lead needs to clear on FDA scoping and Medicaid/MA exposure. The final five are decision mechanics — if the shape of a design partnership makes sense, what do the next two weeks look like.
